The updated take on Cherry's classic heavy linear, offering a firm, weighty keystroke with that familiar MX character. In stock form it keeps some of the traditional Cherry grain, and that texture can be heard as well as felt, while metallic spring ping is largely absent. The switch rewards patience: it gets clearly smoother with break-in, which is exactly what the broken-in versions offer. A solid base for anyone who enjoys a heavy press or likes to mod their switches.
The Unlubed switches currently available In-Stock are from the last batch and are perfectly dry!
Broken-In Switches:
- 150k off-center actuations on each side for 600k total actuations
- 300k off-center actuations on each side for 1.2M total actuations
- 600k off-center actuations on each side for 2.4M total actuations
The Broken-In switches are Unlubed, but may have some residue noticeable on the legs of the stem. This does not affect the performance of the switch or alter the push feel, but it should be noted.
