All packages are sent in less than 24 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and scheduled stops.

Colissimo & Chronopost orders are dropped off every day from Monday to Friday before 4 p.m.
Mondial Relay orders are dropped off every day from Monday to Friday before 5 p.m.
UPS & DHL Express orders are picked up the day after your order, Monday to Friday.

You can choose the carrier of your choice. The prices and the speed of the different carriers are indicated at the time of payment.
Tracking: Of course, all packages have tracking available online. You will receive the tracking link directly by email as soon as the package has been processed.
Insurance: All packages are insured. If one of your products arrives in bad condition at your home, we will reimburse you or we will send you a new product as soon as possible.
Lost Shipments: It's not your fault. If your package takes a long time to arrive, we will put everything in place to resolve the problem quickly. If unfortunately, the package has been lost by the carrier, we undertake to reimburse you the total amount of your order.
