Warranty:

Products sold by Delta Key Co are all guaranteed for up to 2 years after your purchase. If you receive a defective or incomplete product, please contact us so that we can help you to resolve the issue.

Our team will be able to help you replace the defective product or refund the amount of the product if replacement/repair is not possible.

Shipping costs will be in charge of Delta Key Co.

Returns:

Returns for any reasons are possible within 30 days after receipt of the product by the customer.

To be eligible for a refund of the totality, the product must still be packaged in its original packaging (blister, bag, etc.), unused and in the same condition as it was received by the customer.

If one or more conditions are not met, Delta Key Co may refuse the return of the package or apply a diminution of the amount of the refund, communicated with the customer on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are sent after inspection of the return by Delta Key Co and on the payment method with which the order was made.

Return shipping costs are in charge of the customer.

Cancellation:

Orders are cancellable up until shipping of the order. No fees are applied for cancellation.
